Paul Altieri
Paul Altieri is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Greenfield Partners, LLC. – a real estate investment management firm with offices in South Norwalk, CT and Chicago, IL. Paul was born in the Bronx, NY and graduated from the City University of New York – Lehman College. Paul is a certified public accountant with 30 years experience in the fields of accounting, financial reporting, real estate and finance. Prior to Greenfield, Paul was a Vice President at Greystone Realty Corp – a subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company and was an audit supervisor at KPMG, then known as Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Company – the national public accounting firm. Paul and his wife, Gail, have two grown sons. Paul is an active member of Our Lady of Notre Dame Church in Easton, CT.
Tabitha Matthews
Tabitha Matthews is an accomplished actress that has worked with a number of Chicago theater companies and productions including Congo Square Theater Company, M'PAACT, and ETA Creative Arts Foundation. She received her B.A. in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Theater at Columbia College Chicago. She has a heart for using theater as a tool to reach and transform lives. She was the Program Coordinator of Community Partnerships in the Center for Community Arts Partnership (CCAP) at Columbia College Chicago. She also worked as a full-time teacher at Perspectives Charter School in Chicago, where she developed and taught a speech/theater curriculum for junior high and high school students. Tabitha has also served as a teacher artist for many programs in the Chicagoland area such as G.E.A.R UP. (Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs), at ACT Charter School, ACI College Prepatory Program at Trinity Christian College and has facilitated summer theater workshops at Columbia College Chicago. She was a Program Director for Circle Y Ranch Bible Camp and Assistant Director of the junior high program for Camp Blodgett in Michigan. Tabitha and her husband, Delvon have two delightful sons.
Angela Reeves
Angela Reeves has committed over 30 years to the service of God's people. She has been gifted to work with youth and young adults. Her employment experience includes ten years with Young Life Youth Ministry; where she serve as Area Director in the Carbini Green and Near North community in addition to 17 years volunteer staff. In this capacity Angela collaborated with local schools, churches and social services agencies to provide holistic care to the youth and their families. Angela frequently facilitates seminars and workshop on various subjects including, youth ministry, leadership development, singleness and women's ministry. Angela's passion for spiritual formation is demonstrated in her work as life coach and mentor to youth leaders and young adult. A lifetime member of Greater Open Door Church in Chicago IL ; she serves as the Director of Children's Church and active in the Christian Education Ministry. Angela is 2010 graduate of North Park Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts degree in Christian Ministry / concentration in Leadership Administration. Currently, Angela is employed at Breaking Ground Ministry serving as the Director of the APL teaching Factory.
Pastor Christopher Salley
Pastor Salley 's involvement in ministry to the body of Christ began when he preached his first sermon at 17 years of age. He was ordained as a minister of the gospel in 1993. Since that time, Pastor Salley has affiliated with various ministries including Challenge Ministries (Board Member and conference speaker), Circle Y Ranch Bible Camp ( Camp Director ) and Chicago Urban Reconciliation Enterprise (conference speaker) as well as other community boards and organizations. He also is one of the contributors to the Men of Color Study Bible. Pastor Salley has a powerful gift to preach and teach the Word of God and he has spoken at several churches and conferences around the country. In 1998, he was a founder in the establishment of New York Covenant Church , where he served as its Assistant Pastor until his return to the Chicago area in 2001. Shortly after his return, Pastor Salley began to move upon the vision that the Lord gave him to establish New Life Christian Fellowship as a church that would target the needs and speak to the concerns of his generation. Pastor Salley is the founder and Senior Pastor of New Life Christian Fellowship in Chicago Heights , Illinois (inception in July, 2002). Along with his desire to meet the needs within the community, one of his personal goals is to disciple boys and men to become the leaders in their families and communities.

Kimberly Salley, Founder
Kimberly Salley is a graduate of Howard University , and worked in Corporate Accounting/Treasury for many years at companies such as the Chicago Cubs and Tribune Company. She received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University in Public/Non Profit Management, Management & Organization, Entrepreneurship & Innovation. She has worked in School District 161 ( Parker Junior High School , served on community and other Nonprofit Boards, and held leadership positions in various organizations. Kimberly has been very instrumental in the establishment and incorporation of two churches, New York Covenant Church ( New Rochelle ), and New Life Christian Fellowship Church ( Chicago Heights , Illinois ). She currently works at World Vision a Christian humanitarian organization whose mission is the well being of children.
Kimberly has a passion for serving families in the community. She and her husband, Pastor Christopher Salley of New Life Christian Fellowship Church , have four children. Kimberly is a conference speaker on marital issues and mentors young girls and women. She is very passionate about the plight of today's youth, and an advocate for the social injustices they have to combat daily.

Steven Timmerman
Steven Timmermans completed a B.S. degree in Special Education at Calvin College in 1979 and began the subsequent fall as a teaching-principal at the Christian Learning Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan, helping lead the shift of the former Pine Rest Children's Retreat Day School into the Grand Rapids Christian Schools. Once the CLC was on the pathway toward stability and support, he began an interdisciplinary program at the University of Michigan, earning a Master's degree in Psychology and then a Ph.D. in Education and Psychology in 1985. His doctoral studies led him into the specialization of learning and cognition as well as to licensure as a psychologist in the state of Michigan.

Previously he served in a variety of administrative and teaching roles at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Common themes throughout all of his higher education experiences are community engagement and creating college access for students, foci also evident in his publications and grants received. Prior to entering higher education more than 20 years ago, Timmermans served first as a special education teacher-principal and then as a pediatric psychologist. Steven and his wife, Dr. Barbara Timmermans have six children.

Shay Banton
Shay Matthew Banton is a senior at Homewood Flossmoor High School where he has currently has 3.95 GPA. During his high school career he has received the HF Distinguished Scholar Award, HF Academic Excellence Award, and HF Outstanding Junior in Science Award. He has also participated in Mu Alpha Theta, National Honor Society, and was part of the National French Honor Society his sophomore and junior year. He is the captain of both the Varsity Water Polo Team and the Varsity Swim team and has received many athletic awards - All-American, the South West Suburban Conference Athletic Excellence Award, and was selected as All-Sectional Player of the Year. I am currently the captain for both sports. My dream in life is to become an Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineer and to help build the fastest most fuel efficient jet in the world. My other interests include being involved with Young Men Enlightened Now (YMEN) at my church, volunteering in the Pembroke Community, Sunrise Assisted Living Volunteer, and a math tutor at HF High School.
Darryll Harrell
Paul Jones
Paul Jones is a Jr. Deacons at Covenant United Church Of Christ. He has served in various ways through church ministries and in the community; made burial cloths for deceased babies in Haiti; Covenant's Food Pantry; week long mission trip that went from June 20-June 27 2010. On the trip we built a church and a bathroom for poverty filled town. He is currently a senior at Marian Catholic High School. Paul helped to start was a group at his school called W.U.P/Wake up People. It deals with teen violence and discuss ways to end it and solve it.
Christin Salley
Christin Salley is an 8th grader at Parker Junior High School. She is a straight "A" student and has a 4.0; and is a member of the Junior National Honor Society. Christin enjoys cheerleading, track and volleyball. She also likes the performing arts and sings in her churches youth choir. She likes to serve other and participates in the hospitality ministry and volunteers at the church's Food Pantry as well. Christin wants to pursue a career in the medical field.
Courtney Salley
Courtney Salley is a Sophomore and honor student at Homewood-Flossmoor High School. Her favorite subject is Science and aspires to become a bio-genetic engineer. Courtney has received the Distinguished Principal's Honors Award.Courtney is a track sprinter and hurdler, and has broken a school record her Freshman year. She is a volunteer tutor and dance enrichment instructor for the A-cubed After School Program and a Project 31 participant. Courtney sings in her church's teen choir and teaches tiny tots Bible story time.
